The most important part of finding a cure it to understand what your up against. If your current doctor is not giving you a diagnosis you should find a new one.

FD is usually indicative of a culture/bioposy that comes back with a certain bacterial content. Once you understand what your up against then we can help make some suggestions on what to do.

As per your last question, evoclin foam is the topical version of clinidamycin. Previously, you could only take that via a pill. This was a very common pill to be prescribed for FD, most did not find much luck with the pill version. The topical version though has been very promising!

As most have seen here via shaving heads and using general treatments a main key has been to treat the issue directly. I liked another post that read out clean twice a day with anti-bacterial cleaner. Once again you need to know that your contidion is a bacterial based problem (Crucial, knowledge is power!).
