There are laws that restrict a landlord's entry into a rented dwelling. Did you sign a contract? I don't know your exact situation... if complaining might get you kicked out maybe it's better to put up with it for now and see how it goes, to better weigh your options. Until then I would ask her straight up if she knew who entered your apartment. Then it is up to her to lie or manipulate her way out of it. Keep the high road. Keep written records of all similar events. That's what I would do...
