Re: Being we are friends

today I come home to my home which I have been in for 2 weeks and find that my new landlord has tried to enter my home secretly. I lay a trap at the door so I know. I live in a secure compound with keys just me and her. I visit her after arriving to my home and we sit and had some food together and she mentions nothing. so upon returning to my home I discover my door trap was sprung.

Now she is not a toxic person to my knowledge and has been absolutely wonderful to me so I think. She appears to be very religious. So do I assume she is curious as to all the repairs I am doing to her house? Do I assume that maybe she lost her mind and forgot where she lived? Or do I assume what?

Now, do I confront her and ask her what happen or do I just change the lock and forget the incident. Yesterday, I came home and my window was wide open. You see this is so frustrating because my last landlord was so noisy that I felt invaded on constantly and I told this woman I insist on complete privacy. Maybe because I am so secretive, the old devil got to her, what's your take on this?

I have told her a number of times, I do not show my house to anyone. My belief is if they want to visit me, they should come to see me. I get welfare and charity and if people see all I have they get wierd and ask a lot of questions and 90 percent I have is gifts so people don't understand this. Most poor people don't live like I do because I am a foreigner I get more than most. So in fairness to her, could this be something she could not understand?
