Re: I agree, Anti-Soy is Over The Top

I knew that you knew :-)

You know what I am going to say... :-)

The post is for those who do not yet understand that the combining/compounding of poisons in, and on our foods, including GMO's (which by the way after a few generations require MORE pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers (not less) due to the "superbugs", "resistant diseases", and "super weeds that this madness has spawned) is FAR greater than the sum of their parts... as with life.

I am with you... Organic, or wild crafted (as long as the wild crafted items are not off of the side of the road) in all cases no matter what it is... even with the contamination of organics with conventional and Genetically-Modified-Organisms seed these days, which cannot happen knowingly - if you have to purchase your food, this is, without doubt, the cleanest, and only way to go.

To reduce costs, purchase local and in season... if the winter is tough for local produce where you live... find an organic farmer or produce wholesale business (heck, make family field trips to organic farms that offer consumer harvests) that will sell cases to individuals and get canning\preserving during the season.

Citrus season is now in full swing here... I am loving it.

returns holiday hugs -
