For anyone interested... (soytainly NOT!) Re: More Oy on Soy

...in learning additional facts about the possible dangers of soy (and that would be both non-gmo AND fermented - please read this:

http://www.thedoctorwithin.com/soy/Magic-Bean.php

And then see if you feel that the commonly quoted, random "scientific studies" that are commonly used to 'debunk the myths that soy is dangerous and not a suitable human food source) seem suitably valid to you (or your common sense).

One can isolate ANY phytochemical, enzyme, alkaloid or "ingredient" from it's whole food source and "prove" anything. But we don't eat just the isolate, we eat the whole bean. And using isolated 'anythings' is not truly natural healing, it's 'alternative'...and almost always 'alternative science' is based on allopathic/mainstream science, and most of us already know about how effective and trustworthy THAT is. :(

In my countless years of researching natural, alternative & allopathic healing, I have learned one thing that has served me well, and that's this: if there's ANY legitimate, logical, respected researchers saying that something is dangerous (with ample facts & studies to prove it), and there's other sources saying that it's not dangerous at all (with ample facts & studies to prove it)...pay attention to LOGIC! Anybody can manipulate ANY study to "prove" ANYTHING. The only question is, are you going to risk the health of your precious body to see who is right? Or are you going to err on the side of safety?

We're not talking about a food here that is something we can't easily live without! We're talking about a substance that was never even ingested in history until the Eastern peoples fermented it. The need for protein? Sheesh, people get over 50 grams of protein daily on the Gerson program, ingesting nothing but juices and raw/steamed fruits & veggies.

No one NEEDS soy for any reason, so why take a health risk? It's not like we don't have ENOUGH health risks 24 hours a day.
