Certainly I am aware of the dangers of fluoride, bromide and the nitrogen based fertilizers, but I was not aware of boron dangers. Boron is a vital trace mineral with many important benefits and functions. I assume, perhaps wrongly, that the repeated use of boron based insecticides and pesticides may be leading to unhealthy concentrations in some of our soils? Or is there another mechanism I may have missed?
As far as I am aware, most of us are still actually deficient in boron, as we are most trace minerals.
