good and evil are but illusions of the humans' minds. these two are no more separable than are oxidation and reduction; light and dark; strong and weak; healthy and unhealthy; all relative terms used with impunity without reference to any reference point, hence meaningless in most contexts in which they appear
it is the observer's perceptions that make them sense whether an idea, person, etc is "good" or "evil". I am neither, yet, I am both, and sometimes only one of them, depending on the observer and their appreciation or lack thereof of all that of which comprises the "me". It is in the province of the observer to make themselves comfortable by drawing conclusions, and optionally basing future behavior or opinion on those conclusions.
