Do you have the finances to go to a homeopath?
I had gluten intolerence, not severe as you but it was a problem, after a few years of avoiding it,I went to a homeopath and it got better when I ate gluten, I didn't have the symptoms I had previously when I ate gluten.
Sometimes with a homeopath it can take more than one cure but they can cure the whole body. I found one in my area but I don't have the $$ to go at the moment, but I intend to go when I get the $$. the one I found is a traditional homeopath and uses single cures, you must also avoid all mint, camphor products when you are using the cures.
I suggest you try to find one if you can afford it.
