<3 Thanks for understanding, sometimes I just need to vent. I think it's a combination of my thyroid being weak, the cold winter, the stress lately, getting glutened from the chicken I ate the other day, and the fact that a friend of mine died last night. :*( Of course this thyroid issue of mine has been going on for awhile now but everything seems worse when I've been glutened and then losing a loved one.. ugh anyways thanks for listening!
