Trysten, It is ok to break down, it is human. Where the real problem is is when you keep it inside. I break down and I say ok, now I feel better. Like somedays I just want to scream. I find screaming releases pressure and then I am ok. None of here are perfect and nobody wants you to be perfect. We forgive your faults and praise your good points.
