Hi Maverick. This is just my opinion, but I strongly have experienced the exact same as you physically - hair loss, muscle pains and stiffness, heightened hearing, blurry eyesight, etc, etc. I believe you need help emotionally, that is your root, not physically. Once you are able to correct the anxiety/stress that you are experiencing and you will start to sleep regularly most likely all of your physical complaints will go away. These are all symptoms of sleep deprivation. It really affects your immune system. You have a lot to deal with and I can certainly sympathize with all your fears. At night we process our emotions and digest everything..it is clear that at night we are most vulnerable and our true selves come out..during the day we can become distracted.
I would suggest that EFT (emofree.com) might really help you. Either learn it yourself or find a practitioner.. Also EMDR therapy (which is what I tried) is very good for such things. EMDR can be very fast and resolved in about 1-4 sessions.
Supplements could also help you. I've tried 'Panicyl' and it works pretty good.
Also 'Zenbev' which is made of natural pumpkin seeds helps the brain make more
seratonin for calmer well being during the day, and increased melatonin at night.
