I don't know what is the best thing to do, except that my next step is X or Y or Z. It kind of comes to me.

Four rounds of Humaworm, with 90 days rest between each, have made a new woman of me...though I haven't hit the motherlode yet.

I have had some HumanaCleanse, and some Hu-Mana-Tea, but not consistently.

I've also had some remarkable 'events' with foods.

A gallstone came away spontaneously, and then, on another occasion, I used White Tiger's prefered herbal liver cleanse with amazing results on only one occasion.


Please excuse me, Sniffs...I need to go lie down. We worked hard this morning, and it's hot. I just overdosed on blueberries and a banana and water. I won't be long.
