dmsa/ala they say not to start until all Amalgams are out as it can move the mercury from the fillings more into the body. what to use in the meantime I'm not sure, but searching those two sites probably will give you some information. some other 'chelators' I've been finding are metal movers, which if they aren't moved out of the body, can be source of redistribution as well.
