my understanding and what you describe is the following.

your test range to the right indiciates that your severely depleted in essential vitamins and minerals. First, get a good multivitamin, and take it everyday, this alone will help you ALOT, I mean ALOOOOOT!!

Second, if you have passed what you describe as sesame seeds, then you have dog Tapeworm (called diplidium or something, just google it), this may explain why you are so depleted.
