water retention and amount of fluids

As far as what sodibic said, I have mixed feelings on that and am torn..but good news on what might help in previous post..I will put this in there towards the bottom.

If taking more juices, be sure to monitor how you are feeling. Doctors are often accurate on prognosis if you are the average person living the average life. You are working to change that variable and live an outstandingly healthy life to beat the odds but you are at the beginning of this journey. I really wish I could find out the answer to the 2 questions I posed earlier that I wish I could get schulze feedback on. I am knowledgeable and smart but I certainly do not know everything nor am I a doctor. The only experience I have directly with kidney patients are the times my mom followed my advice and what I observed and what I have read.

Sodibic may be right and unyquity may be right. It is hard since so much hangs in the balance to know what to say on this issue. I do not know the answer, but I do know the regular incurables program Schulze used a gallon of fluids; however, I also know he did modify the programs sometime for the person's unique needs and since he is no longer in practice nor consultation, there is no way of knowing if he altered it for the person unable to void properly or process through the kidneys nor do we know what he used with the person with bad kidneys or on dialysis as far as to the amount of fluids. I did ask some questions of him about the kidney patients last week on his new website but not sure that he will answer them.

Consequently, we may have unknown risks in following exactly or maybe he did not modify the program..as someone pointed out, he did say do more than necessary and push the envelope but it is YOUR life at stake.

I wish I could answer this for you, but I do not have the definitive answer. On this, you will have to pray and together with your love ones, decide what you will do and monitor your reactions carefully. Maybe ask the two people more info..not sure..that may make you more confused.

It is hard because sometimes one has a healing crisis when doing healthy things like the incurables program or juicing and they feel worst or sick before they feel better and it is hard to judge if you seem to be worst if it might be that you are having a healing crisis (which if you endure gets better eventually) or a life threatening situation (which requires help from an expert).

Sometimes there are truths to both answers and opinions. If you do decide to limit fluids, I have listed some possible ways you might do it and still get in the steps of the incurables. Like you could tincture some of his teas and probably could reduce the fluids in the superfood drink, but one also is not sure..if what unyquity says is true, maybe it is all the fluids in his program that is making the difference. If she is right on it being dehydration and how that affects you, and you follow sordibik's advice, I did include some stuff that might help with the sludgy effect she said it had on a person. If sordibik is right, you might be placing yourself in danger by drinking super large amounts.

Maybe aiming for somewhere in the middle but I am not sure how to advise you on this. I am a huge believer in alternative health and don't take medical drugs much at all and try to self treat;however, I am not willing to say doctors are total idiots either. If not for the hospital staff, I would be dead now having recently went into shock 9 days after a serious car wreck and internal bleeding from internal injuries (lacerated spleen and liver) that they missed seeing despite many xrays and cats scans when I was rushed there, and they got me more stabilized and stopped my hypovolaemic shock before all my system shut down and death ensued, but they did miss them in the first place so...

Although I have since found out cayenne will pull a person out of shock, I do not know that I would have trusted an herbalist to help me when I am in shock and my organs are lacerated and bleeding, you know? Even Schulze say sometimes doctors are necessary and good like in emergencies like that..I do know water is very important but have not read what unyquity did although I have seen your body's many cries for water and skimmed it once. Both of them feel very strongly in their positions, but in the final analysis, only you can do what you feel is best and pray about it.

I can honestly say in your shoes, I would not know which way to do it as far as amount of fluid intake but I do know this. Since you are having symptoms of fluid retention, I DEFINITELY would immediately take parsley root and start standing in water up to my neck daily for one hour (doing some jumping around and weights to try to sweat when in the pool)as this works like a slow dialysis and helps rebalance the fluids. Also the burdock ..see next post why the herb is good for you.

In rereading what sodibic said, relook at this thing on the dandelion. Sodibik recommended lasix..

Animal studies show, at very high amounts (2 grams per 2.2 pounds of body weight), that dandelion leaves possess diuretic effects that may be comparable to the prescriiption diuretic furosemide (Lasix®).17 Human clinical trials have not been completed to confirm these results

so I think figure out how much this is by your weight and then juice that amount of dandelion root daily..maybe adding lemon juice will improve taste..I make a raw soup with spinach, garlic, avocado, parsley and lemon juice which taste very good. Christopher recommends spinach for kidney problems..also parsley is recommended..although I don't think avocado is good to add as it makes the juice too thick and you don't want to trigger digestion into working and it cant be juiced just blended pretty much though you could add water to thin it out, try leaving that out and juicing spinach, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley oh and I also added braggs amino acids and I think this will be fine to add to your fast as it is a healthy substance and that and/or the lemon juice may improve the taste of some of these juices.

If you are not going to restrict water, definitely add the burdock, parsley root, and dandelion leaves (in this amount) to your diet and as long as you have this water retention..I do not know the stores there but here dandelion leaves are sold at meijers and health food stores. If you absolutely can't find it, maybe making a tea from bulk dried herbs dandelion bought online, it might help some.

The more I think about it, the more I think that if you do the things I suggest adding like the "stand in water up to the neck", dandelion leaves/roots, teas, cayenne, garlic, I think if it were me, I might go ahead with the incurable program recommendations for fluids and adding these..what threw me over to this side was that Dr Christopher recommended 2 quarts of the parsley root tea and 4-5 cups of the plantain tea so he must have thought it safe for kidney patients, but without these water retention aiding teas, I am not sure. I personally would add them as they have multiple positive effects for what you have. Also you must assist the skin in removing more fluids from you as I talk about below.

Still this is what I would do as far as fluids and I would still closely monitor how you are doing as there may be a danger as sodibek said.
