I agree with most of what you say. The big Questoin here is Jensen has not responded at all to anything.We can all sit here and give our opinions and experience but until He aks the questions we cannot really do anything more here.

My idea to start the day was a way for him to start somewhere. He must so overwhelmed with info here.

I only say what I know works having tried it myself or seeing it work on others around me.As well Dr schulzes well documented programs.
