your questions on juicing and what kind
Jensen,
please read this all and I summarized it at the bottom. I did some research for you as well here
Dr Schulze said the best veggie juice is 40% beet, 40% carrot and 20% kale/greens
He said the best fruit juice is 40% apple, 40% grape (generally dark grapes are better than green ones)and 20% berries (any kind or mixture)
but really you can have any kind of fruit and veggie or mixture you like.
The juiceman says do not mix fruit and veggies at one time or together except for apple. Apple may be added to any veggie juice to improve the taste.
A nice way to make lemonade without sweetener is to juice lemons and apples together.
I save the veggie pulp in baggies in the freezer and later add to veggie soup to avoid waste.
A suggestion for you would be to look up Norman Walker..I know the last name was Walker and I believe it was Norman..years ago I had his book and he listed which juice combinations help which health problems in the book he had like combination recipes of different veggies and maybe fruits. I believe it was one of these two books

ok I did find this..the juices recommended for the kidneys by dr christopher and I think he got this from Norman Walker's writings as he mentioned walker and was familiar with him
Juices for Kidney and Bladder Troubles: Cucumber & parsley, dandelion, spinach. [NL 3-5]
Be sure to juice lots of parsley and parsley root..add it to your veggie juices. A fruit good for the kidneys is
Watermelon so juice that too. You might get a book on juices to see which help most for your situation but any kind would be good but do use the parsley and parsley root and
Watermelon as well and the two best juices Schulze lists in the beginning.
Fruits are cleansers and vegetables are builders.
It is important that the colon works while you are doing
juicing and juice fasting.
If you did not yet order intestinal cleanse one formula, do that right away..in the meanwhile at least take psyllium or prune juice. Superfood is another rush item. Plan on getting the rest within a week to 10 days at your door. Have the videos all watched and be familiar with the program and how to do it and I highly recommend writing a time schedule.
Also I am not sure if you realize that you should not only be adding the raw juices to your diet, you should be eating NO other foods..none. You should be juice fasting and it you are not doing this, eat only vegan foods at least 80% raw foods. (raw foods include raw fruits, and raw veggies and their juices, raw nuts and seeds (preferably soaked), sprouted legumes (beans) or seeds or grains, raw milk (not recommended or vegan), and raw meats (also not recommended).
What Schulze always says is if you are sick..immediately stop eating..
When fasting you may take the following fluids and no solids but the garlic. Be sure to chew the juice and be very sure to drink it all within 15 minutes..do not carry it over in the refrigerator...take raw fruit juices, raw veggie juices, good water, the potassium broth he lists in the
patient handbook at curezone by schulze (I sent you the link a few times)and herbs teas especially the kidney bladder and detox tea (alternate taking one the week you are doing work on the kidneys with the kidney flush drink, tea and tincture and one the following week when doing the liver/gall bladder teas, tinctures and flushes..it is important that you do both as well as one of the other alternating week things (one week immune boosting and one week blood cleansing detox formula)..see the manual, videos or
patient handbook for more on the incurables program..nothing else (except the three or more cloves of garlic and the superfood drink).
more on dandelion leaves/root
Animal studies show, at very high amounts (2 grams per 2.2
pounds of body weight), that dandelion leaves possess diuretic effects that may be comparable to the prescriiption diuretic furosemide (Lasix®).17 Human clinical trials have not been completed to confirm these results. Corn silk (Zea mays) has also long been used as a diuretic, though a human study did not find that it increased urine output.18 Thus, diuretic herbs are not yet well supported for use in reducing edema.
Dandelion leaves and roots have been used for centuries to treat liver, gall bladder, kidney, and joint problems. In some countries, Dandelion is considered a blood purifier and is used for ailments such as eczema and cancer. It has also been used to treat poor digestion, water retention, and diseases of the liver such as hepatitis.
Dandelion root extract aids in excretion of the kidney’s waste products
and is very beneficial for nephritis.
A decoction of parsley root can help eliminate bloating and reduce weight by eliminating excess water gain so parsley root aids in excess water retention as you have
recommendation by Dr Christopher for kidney problems is this
Parsley: Make at least 2
quarts of the parsley root strong decoction and drink copiously. [SNH p.246]

and is very beneficial for nephritis.
teas
Plantain: Drink one teacupful of the tea four to five times daily until relief is obtained. [SNH p.53] Plaintain is also a blood cleanser and Christopher says this "[plaintain is an excellent remedy for kidney and bladder problems
Cabbage Leaves for Kidney Disease: Apply cabbage leaves over the kidney areas and leave on overnight and also for a few hours during the day [NL 4-12]
In conclusion,
1. be sure to be taking only the fluids mentioned above/be juice fasting taking in no food except garlic cloves at least three), and be sure to be on a minimum of intestinal formula one for now while waiting to do the full incurables program..if you do not have this at least take prune juice or psyllium till it gets here as bowels must be working well in detoxifying
2. (recommended kinds of juices) I feel you should take the best juices (fruit and veggie the 40% ones), juice parsley and parsley root often, dandelion leaves and root often, cucumber and parsley, spinach often. Also
Watermelon and save the seeds and drink a tea with them (recommended by Schulze) you could add an herb tea bag of your choice to make it taste better and use raw honey or real maple syrup as a sweetener if desired. Also can use any other kinds of fruits or veggies but do not mix fruit and veggie juices except for apple can be added.
3. additional helpful teas besides the one on the program
watermelon seed tea, cornsilk tea, juniper berry tea, parsley tea, and plantain tea (4-5 times a day),
4 you might try the cabbage leaf over the kidneys thing as well.
