:::grin::: I consider myself one of the lucky/blessed ones. When I started my journey into natural health & healing (this 'go round' - I was into the whole hippie/health food/sprout thing back in the mid-70's when I was but a tadpole), I was blessed enough to have a new mother-in-law that had been cured of Stage IV terminal liver cancer at the underground clinics of Dr. Kelley. So when I 'dug in deep' I studied only the greatest & most successful healers & protocols of those that had successfully & consistently cured incurable diseases. Then I combined the similarities (threw out a few eccentricities...like Schulze not liking coffee enemas and Clark's obsession with parasite free environments) - and found a baseline foundation that's rock solid.

Now it's easy to see through all the marketing hype and folderol of the 'natural healing world'...and the horrendous emphasis on everything 'out of bottle' and all the expensive diagnostic testing & countless books written by 'self proclaimed authorities' that never had the responsibility of a persons health in their hands)...the whole thing is nothing but a copycat of the way the Powers That Be set up the medical/disease industry. And everybody 'falls for it' because no one has time to do the deep research of the 'great healers', everyone's already conditioned to 'heal that way', and living and healing that way takes more dedication & lifestyle change than any other possibility. :::sigh:::

Juicing, juice fasting, sprouting, essential oils & plenty of fresh produce for healing (and/or for living)...then for MY living, I take all that and add a splash of assorted combinations of more healthy fats, meats, raw dairy, cooked foods legumes & grains (all totally organic and void of as many poisons as possible), and I doubt -actually know- there's a person in the world that wouldn't heal or thrive along with basic organ cleansing, exercise/sunlight & a few herbs to 'get over the hump'. And I think what Grz said about our ancestors & their diet is SUPER important (and the best 'clue' we can have).

Emotional sludge! You're preachin' to the choir, Sister! 'gotta get it OUT (and stop making new. EFT is a great tool for that.

(By the way, I'm really glad to finally 'meet' you - I'd been 'bumping into' some of your posts over the last few months, and I always found myself smiling...our logic is VERY similar).

I had a grandfather VERY similar to yours...and I agree with everything you say about yours.

'Sounds to me like you know a LOT more about fishies than I'll ever find time to learn. If I ever get the time to get mine set back up, I'll definitely be wanting advice. (And if you EVER want any 'health info' or information about herbs -and the tinctures/superfood I now make & sell, don't hesitate to email!)

Blankets of the healthiest of blessings :)
