Luke...feel the force...eat the omlette.

...something I know I will regret!

More likely something you'll regret if you don't.

First, 48688 has relevant concerns that should be addressed.

Second, only about 7% of the people, if that, can thrive off a pure raw veg diet.

For most, a raw veggie diet is a cleansing, not a "building" diet.

Some veggies do need to be cooked to get full (or different) nutritional value from them.

That being said are you a real veggie?

Or are you eating a large percentage of your diet in fruits?

A big no no by the way for most people.

Some vegans conveniently do not make this distinction.

Are you eating a lot of unsprouted grains?

Depending on which type, this can be another big no no.

It sounds like you're highly acidic with major blood Sugar drops.

You do know protein regulates blood sugar?

If you really want to continue against your internal warning system.

Try eating a single soft poached egg a day, for a week, then go to two.

Range free of course.

Split it with one in the morning and one with dinner.

This will regulate the blood Sugar and build up your strength.

And no, it will not increase your cholesterol.

Mercola has an excellent story about a veggie couple who began going downhill, I think it was after 4 years, being on the veg diet.

High quality protein and healthy fats are what you need.

So? Did you hear about the Dali Lama being forced to eat "meat" by the concerns of his Doctor's for his health?
