I've read conflicting views on b12 and really don't know what is accurate.

some say there's no biologicaly available vegan food source, so spirulina, nutritional yeast won't do. some say they are good source. some say friendly bacteria in the colon produce it, others say that is true, but it's not available for assimilation because it's too low in the intestinal tract.

am I just reading all the conflict, but there is some agreement on vegan food source b12?
