i would venture to say that if the probiotics you take have done nothing, that is because they were worthless, as maybe 90 or 95% of probiotics on the market are.
i ferment my own veggies with a probiotic called LB17 that is grown outdoors for three years before being encapsulated. these fermented veggies are about the most powerful thing i have ever put in my body. its like rocket fuel. its unbelievable. everyone who tries it gets a surprised look on their face and then asks in disbelief how i made it.
not all probiotics are created equal. i have only found two on the market worth a crap.
