What Dr. Nara lays out is how to mitigate damage. He also discusses exactly what your first post validated. He has been an extremely vocal thorn in the side of the ADA, and had his license revoked because of it. I believe this man is highly ethical. The only thing I do not agree with is the flouride thing. He is pro-flouride. It has made me question whether I should do a flouride rinse here and there (as opposed to flouride toothpaste). I really trust the guy so it's been a hard issue to resolve, but I've resisted the temptation so far.
Yahoo has a group devoted to his practices. I think some of them actually post here too, and so far has not been able to sway the group towards OP as it is not part of the Dr. Nara protocol.
I don't know what you should do about your teeth Larry, I wish I did. What I do know however is that whatever is going on in your mouth is directly affecting your health. I don't want you to suffer any side effects from lack of action, you know what I mean? Perhaps a good holistic dentist might be the way to go. Or do a ton of reading and research. There must be a way other than by conventional means.
