Molly thanks, I was looking at this very page yesterday and wondering if I should throw down the $20. I was in even more pain than before the temp filling and even wondered if the good doctor might have put an irritant in the tooth to make sure I show for the root canal.

Several OP's did nothing and I was embarrased to concede that after my long well received post, i probably needed the root canal afterall. There was a limit to how long I could go with an excruciating toothache.

Then last night I did a big pull with a gum scorching amount of oregano oil and a few rounds of EFT (which has been remarkably effective) and woke up today with much less pain that another pull and round of EFT pretty much took care of. I guess it could come back, but I'll use the lull to research any possible way around the root canal. Will I get my $20 worth just in regards to finding root canal alternatives?
