One other thing I was thinking...doctors and dentists operate in parallel industries that should be integrated. When was the last time your doctor asked about your dental health? Mine (all of 'em) have never asked that question, despite what we know about the mouth and its relation to the rest of the body. Something tells me it's more profitable for these guys to stay far apart from one another...
