As I'm digging deeper into this possible amalgam/mercury hypothesis as a possible cause to my SD, I just came across this video called "smoking teeth"...

Although I doubt my trusty old Amalgam fillings behave like in this video, I think I have to get rid of them sooner rather than later. Watching this little movie (if there is any truth to the presentation), I think it is safe to say that the removal procedure will be tricky at best... how can any dentist even think of dealing with Amalgam without protection systems for him/herself and the patient? I certainly will demand it this time, the very best there is.

Soon I'll be up for the annual inspection of dental status. It will be the start of my mercury removal program.

Any thoughts about how to proceed, preparations and so forth? And what should I use instead of the old fillings that is mechanically adequate and bio-compatible? Tweet
