You found an article from The Library of Congress's public website written 7 years ago that has the word "chemtrails" written in one of the definitions and nothing more.

Yeah, that sounds really terrible...run for the hills, the government must be after us (sarcasm if you didn't know).

Furthermore, it's an article about the non-proliferation of space based weapons across the globe and how to keep outer space a peaceful place with no weapons systems based there. It says absolutely nothing about airliners, contrails, atmospheric based weapons or any of the means which you claim are being used to spread these so-called chemtrails.

This article says nothing about visible contrails, nor about jets being used to spread chemicals, nor about a huge undercover operation. In fact, the term chemtrails used in this article could be used to describe just about anything.

The term Chemtrails in this article could mean a spray of vitamins that the military is using to keep their soldiers extra healthy so they will be more effective in combat. Or it could mean a trail of chemicals used to exfoliate jungles where enemy bases are hidden. Or it could mean a chemical trail left behind by mine sweepers to identify previously cleared fields. Or it could mean something comepletely different altogether...we have absoluely no way of knowing based on this article that you have presented because IT DOESN'T TELL US ANYTHING AT ALL ABOUT CHEMTRAILS. So why on Earth do you think that this is evidence?

How can you possibly think that you've found classified, top secret information on a public website that millions of people in any country across the globe can access for free; heck even your children can access this article if they want to. Even terrorists could access this article if they wanted to.
You must be joking.

Find us something that says chemtrails are being sprayed covertly out of public airliners to poison the public for some reason that the government requires, and then I'll believe your psycho-babble. Until then, I'm going to believe the truth. Tweet
