In all of my reading on this subject(which is not that much), all that I've come across as far as dialogue w/gov't agencies on the matter of chemtrails is that "they don't exist"...

~I would gather that the gov't knows that the technology to produce chemtrails DOES, INDEED, exist. Admission by the fact that they claim that they will not indulge in such unsavory activities.
