LOA Question, Please!

Since those on this forum are far more familiar with the LOA material than I am, there is a question that I've been wondering about and I'm hoping that someone may be able to shed some light on it for me. I am curious; does the LOA address such issues as karma and past lives? And if so, how does it account for them? And how would it explain such things as an empath who is able to experience other people's pain, be it emotional or physical? Tweet
