Yep...
...I took only one teaspoon of castor oil with the grapefruit juice...and my bowels hurt some. That had not happened before.
Then a CureZoner wrote to be careful with castor oil...it contains vitamins A and D, in fat-soluable form...which means that any excesses cannot be peed out in the urine...because the urinary system handles WATER-soluable excesses.
Aha!
I had already had enough vitamins A and D from this source! The tummyaches were telling me.
The BM's pass easily now...one, two, or three times every 24 hours...I think it is the regular intake of whole flax seeds...sprinkled on daily veggie and egg breakfasts, with kelp. Hooray!
I've just finished reading the Leptin Resistance forum, for the second time. There are a lot of technical words there, but some hints in plain English. They seem to say that I have been heading in the right direction.
I'm going to the library to read the books.
No sense buying them if I'm already doing the procedure with whole foods. I won't be buying any 'supplements' if I can figure out natural food sources for the elements. Besides, the garden is excellent, uncontaminated soil, the water comes from a great well...and spring can't be that far off.
I can actually feel the effects of a pasta meal on my system...and eating some cheese seems to be okay.
I'm wondering if my body will remove mucoid plaque, on its own. Whatever it is, and wherever it comes from, it certainly is a barrier to absorption of nutrients.
Upping 'movement', now that I've finished the current round of
parasite cleansing, may help.
