Aha! [+]
...It WAS the parsley!

...Scroll down toward the end.
And, I suspect that the huge movement of the contents of the LARGE intestine was from the effects of the parsley water in the soup washing AHEAD of the solids of the soup.
Though, it is harder for me to understand why the soup, itself, did not pass quickly. Perhaps it is that my colon hardens material just BEFORE evactuation. It could be from sitting too much, or from a slowness in the descending colon (the last segment before leaving the body). I had some touble in that area, once, many years ago.
There could also be a relationship between the parsley and that quantity of fish...or, the garlic, ginger, good-salt, or even my mood. I don't know.
Another Aha! moment...
In the summer and fall, when I was passing small hard stools in 'technicolor', I realize now that each color MUST have come in firm groupings, from the SMALL intestine...so firm that they did not mix with other stools but passed, often, alongside of them...sort of like 'deposits' moving out of small intestine. Hooray!
Perhaps they were more solid in texture because they remained too long in the small intestine...which then does not alter my suspicion that the main source of my constipation is in the descending colon. There were no white ones, just quite light tans, to greenish, dark red when I ate beets, and small spots of very dark sometimes.
(Today I have read that the pink pee, and red stools, after eating beets, is proof of a digestive insufficiency. I don't know if this is true or not.)
I have read a number of surprising ideas today. I'll just list them as I remember them...and I'll add any others I recall, over the next few days.
...Some
parasites EAT bile...particularly liver flukes and dwarf tapeworms...and they may crowd bile ducts, etc. I'm guessing that would affect digestion and BM's quite a bit.
...The poster named 'Amato' suggested that smoking helped improve the probiotics (or mucus) within the digestive system.

...Tried my garage-sale zapper, again, last night, after more than 6 months without. I did 10 minutes on, 10 minutes off, then 20 minutes on. Not long after that I felt quite awful.
Throughout the day, I had been feeling strong 'bites', mainly in the extreme outsides of my waist, left and right, but then underneath my liver (which is on a steep angle, underneath the right ribcage. That was another new thing I learned yesterday.)
There were a few sharp 'bites' under my liver, as well.
Worst of all, that 'prickle' place (which I assume is in the duodenum, just below the Sphincter of Oddi, began to 'prickle' more severely than ever...just from the brush of my clothing...also when I had a good slump going in front of this computer.
I had hoped this 'lump' had passed with the amazing soup...but no such luck. It had merely not bothered me for a couple of days.
I think it is some kind of a
parasite mass, or a mass of something else, created by parasites. At times it has scared the beejeebers out of me...though I would rather go down cleansing, than just sit here and feel it.
I also had a slow ache in the center of my chest, but a little to the right...not exactly in the center as it would be if it would be from a pancreatic disorder. I also did NOT feel nauseous as I would from the pancreas.
I think these are all related to '
parasite blockages' that I imagine are in there. The Humaworm is reaching deeper into my tissues. Wouldn't it be nice if these 'bites' were from
parasites dying?
Anyway, all this disappeared after a nap, after I felt poorly from the zapping. It did cross my mind that this little machine MUST be working, though doing what, I have no idea.
I went through 3 or 4 years of bio-resonance on a machine that originally cost $45,000. I stuck with it because the first treatment gave me a reaction of warmth spreading upwards and downwards from my solar plexus...I knew it was doing me some good. One treatment, later, was able to erase all desire to smoke...however, I was able to restart. Sigh.
As time went along I found that it was true that the machine was NOT reaching into, say, the small intestine, and was not helping where I needed it most. I had to drop the treatments, which were too expensive, in any case.
Luckily, today, I ate a lot of cooked parsley (1/2 a bunch, saving 1/2 the water for tomorrow), this evening...with salmon, and cooked veggies. And I am watching for any more happy surprises.
...I read that an experiment has been performed which proved that more substances are removed in the urine when one sleeps in a bed with the head raised 4" to 8". The article went on to explain that all the legs of the bed must be supported, including any middle ones, in order not to put undue strain on the frame. They did say what kind of substances would be removed from the body, but I forget the significance.
...I am surprized that I don't remember all of the new things I read that day. Is that a sign of things 'going in one ear and out the other'? I'll scan the latest I added to 'my favorites'. Perhaps that will help jog my memory.
Happily, I'm going to bed earlier, tonight.
