I know the feeling!

I've done 'some' reading, particularly on the authors suggested...but I, too am a little 'dense' these days. I want to keep shut until I can at least remember their names. :)

One of them said that the body adjusts to what it is fed...an even greater miracle than I had ever dreamed.

I remember reading that bears have a similar characteristic to humans, in that their systems adjust to the season, adapting to the food available at the moment.

A moment ago I awoke from sleeping in front of this computer (sigh) with a profound article in front of me that at least one investigator concludes that every dis-ease is caused by a 'shock' of some kind of trauma to the brain....often a great loss.

I found the article in the Immunity forum. I'll be going back to that!

I also read Wickipedia's account of the life and work of Linus Pauling, and couldn't help but read between the lines. Awesome!

Always, I go back to the soil...how we farm...and the ignorance of tilling the soil, losing the value of the coverage of weeds and grasses that pull up nutrient-laden water from deep below, protect against evaporation, and save the microscopic life that grows wholesome food. In every direction we are shooting ourselves in the foot.

And, why?

My own self, I'm turning around the twisted sleep patterns I took decades to build. And detoxing.

Today I wondered what is a 'toxin'? What are these poisons, and where do they come from? Why would we accept them without a murmur?

It's 9:40 p.m., New Years Eve and I am going to bed! You can bet your sweet bippy that my last thought before dreamland will be each and every one of us, and well-being for all.

We'll put this together, all of us, and soon, or my name ain't Fledgling for Progress!
