It would seem the two doctors are not in agreement on that issue.

Dr. D'Adamo's Typebase 4 database has sauerkraut as an avoid for Type A.

Actually, my own doctor has eased up on my diet considerably. He told me as long as I avoid beef, pork, wheat and cow dairy, I could eat whatever I like.

I have been allowing myself prepared salad dressings again and haven't noticed any ill effects. I hadn't given sauerkraut any thought, and now thinking about it... I don't think it would be the same without sausages.

Wonder how turkey sausage is?
