Jeyar,
I provided a couple of links. A couple from D'Adamo's website just stating that Types A & B have higher levels of cortisol. Another link from an MD that just generally links the high levels of cortisol with weight loss resistance. Anyway, I'm sure there's a whole lot more on the subject out there. I'll let you know how the cortiguard works though,...when it gets here. ;-)
