I agree that it's possible to lose weight and gain health by following the Eat Right for Your Type diet. What I've noticed, and also heard from others, is that it takes very strict observance for this to occur. Just one or two little deviations and I'm back gaining or not feeling very well. So stick to it!

Also, people keep searching for sweeteners. At some point maybe we need to admit that refined and artificial sweeteners are BAD FOOD no matter what and avoid them! A few days of fasting could really kick the sweet cravings - likely you have yeast or other bad bacteria that really like that sweet stuff and when you don't eat it they are complaining at you. If you starve them for a time, they'll die off and not bother you anymore!
