Have any other Type A's out there tried the Apple Cider Vinegar for weight loss? I'm a Type A and know it's technically on the "Avoid" list but I'm debating whether or not to give it a try. I'm wondering whether anyone else has had experiences with it to share.
Due to other problems I've been pretty immobile for the past 10 months. Because of this I've packed on about 25 lbs =(. I might be grasping at straws with this and don't want to do anything that will exacerbate the gain but...???
