My google failed my quest this morning. I was only able to find one source that said toxins were in the fat. The same article mentioned the fat is beneficial to us to help prevent heart disease.

I think it's damn if you do and damn if you don't.

As part of my initial testing, my doctor had a hair sample taken for heavy metal screening. If he takes his time going over all my tests the way he went over my ECG with me, I better pack a lunch...
