You know, the doctor told me to eat salmon every day if I wanted it, but he also told me to eat the skin. About the only way I can do that is if it's crispy. Otherwise, it's not coming near my mouth. YUCKY! whoops sorry person opinion just leaped right out there.
About the only way I'll used canned salmon is for making salmon patties. I think I had my yearly quota of those one day a few months ago.
On mercury... apparently dental fillings also contain 50% mercury and I have 4 of them.
