also i just remembered... i've had times when i peel the skin and it stung.... i'd ignore it then... but maybe that was a sign of improvement.... a sting is a light pain... but this was when i peeled back to the raw skin, probably destroying the basement membrane that was repairing.


If at any time i do peel and accidentally go back to the raw and i feel a light sting on my lips...... i'll know there has been an improvement, even if its minor.



another difficult thing is moisturizer because it could be interfering with what is being repaired. there is alot of factors to take into consideration.
