Re: Why Is There So Much Anger?
This year in particular, I've noticed everyone is really struggling, especially financially. With seasonal
Depression hitting lots of folks, plus money and health worries, I think they're mad at themselves and their situations, but are taking it out on other people (can't admit their faults or just don't know how to deal with things that may be totally out of their control), maybe without even realizing they are doing so.
In my job, I hear from lots of people, and in general people are feeling hopeless. There's been lots of job losses, and a lot of people are having a hard time making ends meet. And so many more people are facing more health issues than they're used to. All of that can be overwhelming, and there are people who just don't know how to deal with those sorts of stressors and tend to take it out on other people.
I know a few people who are like that—when things get bad for them, you can do no right, but when things are good they treat people right.
