I stopped at this post, DQ/Tony

Dear Tony,
I started reading this thread; I even read the blog links that Molly posted because I will never refuse to read anything and decide for myself. I'm done after reading this post by Molly because her posts are like little brick walls she's putting up around herself, boxing her in ever closer with extremely narrow-minded, insulting, nasty rhetoric and beliefs. I say this not in a nasty way, I say it without anger, and I say it without judgment. That last post was classic textbook. This is what people do when they have no valid argument. I've seen Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly do it. Barf! Anyone who could possibly read any of your posts and imagine even for a nanosecond that you are anything but a kind, sweet, caring, compassionate individual is someone who is not worth wasting your eloquent words on because -- and I emphasize this because I have come to know this is true with a certain percentage of humans -- THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING YOU CAN SAY TO THIS PERSON. THIS MIND IS CLOSED. Shake the dust off your feet, my friend, and move on. You have better things to do with your time. Blaming the Jews??? Dear Tony, this person is clueless.

I wonder what she'd say about me? I am a typical white broad, my husband is half Jewish and half Puerto Rican; I have a black brother-in-law who's a doll baby; my dearest friend of the past 33 years (I'm 46) is a gay male atheist that I'd give my life for; and I have a son in a wheelchair with cerebral palsy and epilepsy that I care for at home. Hmmmmm . . . guess I'm a dick, too. Oops! Sorry; it must be vagina in my case. Why? Well, the reasoning according to Molly -- not only do I support Ron Paul 1010 percent, I have given over $1,000 to his campaign (and it hurt, believe me), I tromp around neighborhoods giving out fliers, lawn signs and just generally open my big mouth about him to anyone who will listen. You keep it up, Tony; you're a gem.

By the way, Molly, there is a very good reason you see massive support here for Ron Paul AND NOT FOR ANY OTHER CANDIDATE. We believe in freedom and making our own informed choices and having the nanny government out of our lives. Believe it or not, we do have brains, and they work. Tweet
