Before I knew better.... My biological dentist recommended I take 250 mg of ALA every 4 hours starting the day I had my last Amalgam out. No, I am not kidding. Needless to say it made me very ill. I got about 4 doses in me before I stopped. Felt awful for about two weeks. I can certainly appreciate the go slow method.
