I had one drilled out this way years ago. Don't blame yourself, blame the denist. If you swallowed some, that's toxic, but not near as bad as the vapor.

When they drill using a high-speed drill without water cooling, it vaporizes the mercury. Its then absorbed straight into your mouth, sinus, and lungs. The denists are also posoining themselves when they do this.

Don't panic about the hives, it doesn't mean you have food allergies . The DMPS or one of your other supplements/drugs might be really torquing your immune system off. The immune system activates every time a person eats. If your immune system is really up, then you start reacting to everything.

Before I figured the whole mercury thing out, I got put on a bunch of Anti-histimines and immuno modulating drugs by convential doctors. And I started reacting to everything I ate too. And I didn't have hives on my wrist, I had them over my gut, chest, and lower back!! And most of the time. Most of the doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong and tested me for all sorts of weird diseases and endocrine dis-orders.

I stopped all the prescriptions, got the fillings out, and then I only reacted to some things. Now after chelation, I don't react to much at all.

As far as food allergies , there are 4 types ( http://www.germology.com/allergies.htm ), chances are you were just tested for 1. IgE is usually what they test for using a RAST skin test. That doesn't mean you have them, I'm just saying don't be so sure you don't have any based on 1 test.

Another thing to consider is there are "energetic" allergies which convential medicine doesn't recognize, but muscle testing or a bio-electric meter ( like the biocom, avatar, or Hulda Clark s "Syncrometer" ) will detect.

One more thing, read everything I say and everything else you read with a grain of salt... We all have slightly different paths to healing. Mine was extremely long, hard, and weird. My body was really messed up with heavy metals, allergies, parasites, yeast, infection, blah blah blah. So your's may be much easier...
