Re: The blasto have won before I've even started......

hi rexy...it gets real discouraging when trying so much and feeling so ill. I'm sorry you're going through this, it's not easy. you'll be okay though, it just may take a bit of time to regain the balance. the more you can do to build your health, the better, you've probably found this already.

once you get bowels working better, that will help a lot. If you find Epsom Salts too harsh (I do), there are other things. I like herbs or magnesium citrate. I'll use both depending on what I feel I need. magnesium citrate I take as powder form (natural calm), and the herbs I use are lower bowel balance or dr schulze intestinal formula 1. I'll alternate all three of these as needed. you can make them yourself also, if you get the herbs in bulk, and it's very cheap this way. If you'd like the recipes, let me know.

I am no where near the same place I was before, so much better now. I was so sick I wasn't functional, daily anxiety/panic attacks, nausea, heart racing, freezing cold, constant hunger, pale, anemic, whole body crawling sensations, fatique, weakness.

it took me a while to regain some level of health again, when I did I was better, but still pretty sick. I plateaued like that for a long time, making some progress, but not much. recently I've gotten a bit better, and feel I've impacted the parasite burden for the first time in years. long way to go still and I still have quite the parasite problem, but yes, better now, especially in comparison to years ago at my sickest. all of those previous symptoms are gone, except the coldness and anemia. panic I only get when taking herbs, although it is still sky high! for the most part I can do any cleansing now, before I couldn't do any. I may not get the results I hope for, but I don't get worse, which was the case before.

you'll be okay, hard to imagine when you feel so miserable all the time, but keep at it as best you can, and you'll get through this.
