Re: The blasto have won before I've even started......
Hi NewUK,
Thanks for support. It really helps to know you're not alone in this!! I am going to order the wormless product you suggest, especially if its fairly gentle. I will let you know how I get on with it. I'm feeling better definitely since going off the grains gradually, and have got down to sometimes one small portion a day from about 5 a day, so I'm really pleased with this. I am incredibly tired but am coping with work just about, the main thing is my moods are reasonably good and my brain is "functioning" , and that makes a huge difference. I'm learning I have to go slow which is frustrating but its the only way to make it bearable.
I actually gave up dairy years ago, I was told I was allergic to it, I found it very hard at the time but dont miss it now. I much prefer organic soya milk to cows milk, which is for baby calves not humans I think. Even if I could eat dairy, I would only do so in small quanitities for general health reasons. Although, I do love and miss nice cheese!!
Yes, it makes sense to try one thing at a time, I have a tendency to want to bombard my system with everything I read about, I sometimes did this with Candida and it was always unbearable. The person I see re Blasto has suggested I try the drug Paromomycin, so I will do this but wait a bit until I'm stronger. The constipation thing is terrible, I'm glad you understand!! My local health store has
coffee enemas and I'm thinking of getting one, like you I'll stare at it for ages too, I've never had one so it scares me a bit. Incidentally I picked up a product by chance, "Colorclear Extra" by Higher Nature (UK co) which is quite good for this. The ingredients are mainly High Lignan Flax which I've never heard of and also lactobacillus sporogenes. Its the best thing I've tried so far, although not a complete cure, sluggish bowels are a big problem when you're trying to cleanse.
I'm glad you're feeling better and have found something (natural) which works well for you. Do you plan to take any more of the drugs? Are you able to relax your diet now a bit?
