I know what you're going through. the die off, emotional upheaval I get while parasite cleansing is out of this world, I was not functional. when it's to this degree, it's very hard to make progress.

for me, these are the things that have helped me the most in getting stable enough to withstand die off reaction...

-normalize bowel function
-body hydration
-high nutrition
-destoned liver.

although, this is all much easier said than done, especially in the presence of parasites. they will confound every effort you make, and keep you congested, dehydrated and nutritionally depleted inspite of all your efforts. it's very frustrating.

but just keep at it. I figure it's a test of endurance.

with time you'll start to get an edge over them, and that's the key, you'll have regained enough health and stability to withstand the cleansing and die off, and then their cycles will begin to break.
