Chris : Thank you for the advise and for the excellent Link.
You are absolutely right about the importance of keeping to a
healthy Diet after fasting as I notice how my body reacts, so it is forcing me to change my diet for the better.
I was careful on how I ended the
Water Fast - I drank 1 juiced apple on the first day and that was diluted.
The 2nd day I had 3 apples.
Carefully added more fruit and later veg to the
juicing regime.
Now I stick to more or less a vegetarian diet with a little meat very week or so and it has to be organic.
I have also started a
parasite cleanse (walnut hull,clove and
Wormwood tincture)which is so bitter - even diluted !
I also eat about 2 cloves of garlic per day and a couple of heaped tablespoons of pumpkin seeds .
I experienced severe itching on arms and legs but mainly on my torso for the first week esp in the area of my right shoulder blade which at times also ached.
Once I have completed the cleanse I will do a
Liver Flush and around xmass time I will fast again for about 10 - 20 days - always giving myself a 3-4 months to recover and rebuild.
My main worry has been my liver condition - fasting was not too bad and didn't feel as though too much strain was put on the liver - I was cautious nonetheless.
I still have dull eyes which get bloodshot when I perform moderate exercise, and my skin is still occasionally pale with a hint of yellow but no where near as yellow as it used to get - so feel that it is slowly improving - I understand that the livers capacity for repair is incredible.
According to another post on curezone bloodshot eyes after exercise is due to the liver needing to cool down:

All my health conditions seem to point to my liver and/or gallbladder, which I have abused for years.
I have unwittingly assumed that the Doctors were right - "that it is extremely unlikely that i have liver related trouble - more likely to be IBS or indigestion"
The livers link to the eyes that chinese medicine mentions does seem tangible and this is another area that I intend to explore.
The fatigue is still noticeable in my arms and legs after moderate exercise.
In addition to all this I have rid our household of man made chemicals so I have organic toothpaste soap and shampoo and deodorant etc. - gone are all the awful smelling toiletries that my wife used to use - they caused such bad headaches and sinus congestion for years!
