Hi San2006,
I have been observing the fasting conversation throughout the day as I am up and down from the computer. This is a natural healing forum and and your perception of fasting is the farthest from the truth. The reference link was also bogus as it comes from mainstream medicine. Those are the ones that have probably misled you in your beliefs. I too will ask that you please not post on this subject. Many times fasting should be done under the supervision of a Naturopath, depending on the person's condition and their knowledge of fasting, but fasting has great healing effects going back to biblical times.

Oh. I didn't see the word debate. And I thought I was in another forum. I apologize. But except for the not posting part, fasting is really good for you.

I love the idea of healthy fasts, and will be incorporating the idea of fasting into a healthy diet plan I am working on. Since I am also serving as the guinea pig for this diet and the fasting, I have to say that I can hardly imagine a diet that stretches out to 30 days or more. Based on my own experience, I would call 8 days Herculean! Of course my fast was a two day one that had grapes and grapeseeds the first day and watermelon the second. That is a combination fast and cleanse, let me tell you! But it dropped 7 pounds, left me feeling invigorated and also with a bit smaller stomach capacity. I am thinking that one day a week of fasting on the grapes or watermelon or juices/juiced vegetables and smaller healthy meals interspersed with healthy snacks and healthy supplements is a good plan for reaching and maintainiing a healthy weight and a healthy body too.

Sorry chrisb1 - didn't mean to confuse - pawel110 and #87118 is the same poster - as i was new to curezone at the time !
Anyway - I have found that after flushing for the 4th time - i have so far seen about 200 green cholesterol stones of varying sizes during the next days evacuation.
I still keep going jaundiced occassionally but this is lessening over time.
I have started taking lecithin with noticable results - eyes less bloodshot, less jaundice, improved sleep, I feel very different - sometimes almost normal but still bloated, nauseas and weak.
Logically I think that cholesterol and cholesterol stones are a symptom and that a previously bad/fatty diet with too much cigarettes and alcohol are the root cause not to mention the huge possibility that my liver is most likely to be fatty which I concluded because of the almost immediate effect the lecithin seems to have.
I'm also taking milk thistle which should help along with a good multi vitamin and extra vit D
Anyway - its only been a week that I've used lecithin so i'll see what i am like in a couple of weeks.
