San2006,
I shall respect your decision on the subject of fasting (this is a democracy here at curezone) but that doesn't of course make it right.
The link you refer to is Aharleygyrls opinion, which just happens to be incorrect as well.
Fasting is also not a belief system, or based on faith either. It is Natures therapeutic aid in restoring health and wellness and which is well documented throughout history to that effect.
I would also appreciate it if you refrain from posting on this subject again, as it may mislead others, who would otherwise benefit.
