  First, thanks for the great forum. Finding so much info here. Just hope to get some direction. What does this sound like? I'm thinking demodex or filarials. Would like your ideas and reasoning, so I can proceed with the right treatment.
  
  My current symptoms are nightly stings and nips on the hands, legs and feet, neck and head, and breasts, and tiny red marks on skin that follow the stinging. I can't see anything biting me, so it is either microscopic or maybe it lives within the skin. On the lower extremities, I also have sensations every night that my skin is being lightly touched (like if someone touched you with a feather). I also have sensations of something moving thru the pubic area, but can't see anything.
  
  I also have anal burning as if someone is holding a match under my anus (not itching) for over 7 months now. I discovered worms after that started, but I haven't seen any now for the last about 5 1/2 months after a few rounds of albenza.
  
  I developed a new symptom a month ago that feels like tiny blisters or scales in the bottom of my mouth, very back of roof of my throat, and inside the lower lip.
  
  Although all tests done so far have been negative, one doctor did diagnose me about 6 months ago with hookworms. At the same time my dog scraped positive for demodex. 5- 6 months ago, I experienced tiny barely visible little black or cream colored filarial types things that would sting and that I could wipe off with a tissue, anal and nasal worms and worms in the feet and larva migrans and currens. Doctors have put me on a few rounds of Albenza and Ivermectin which seems to have eliminated the worms.
  
  I have a history of being bitten by the same little black things about 20 years ago but didn't develop worms at that time.
  
  I'm better than I was 6 months ago, but I'm at a standstill with diagnosis and how to proceed with tx. What kind of parasite causes these sensations and stings and marks on my skin?? Plus makes the anus burn and throat and mouth scaly?? My docs seem to be over trying to help me and I feel on my own but don't know how to tell if this is demodex or filarials or something else.

Sometimes they would come in pairs. I ran across an article (excerpt from a book) on the internet that described exactly what I had and even had a picture, but I have never been able to find it again and didn't make note of what it was.

  I will be doing a long term water fast. I don't want to put a date on fast but going for at least 40 days but I will break fast when hungry or tongue clears.
  I have fasted long term before with great results hoping this time will show the same.
  Skin is a big issue right now along with psoriatic Arthritis wanting to get off immune suppressant since insurance will not be covering meds next year
  Having some major issues the last two months with gastroparesis after having an h-pylori infection last year and a stomach virus this year.

    Good idea that you want to fast. Please make sure that I you have good nutritive reserves before you commence your fast. In order to tondo that eat raw organic plant based foods for a month. Also include apple cider vinegar regularly in your diet to tackle H-pylori. Also Colloidal Silver
    
    Drugs are never an answer for fixing our health conditions, anyway. Our health issues start with wrong foods and end with right foods. Of course, there are other issues that affect our health, environmental and thought toxicity.

  so the vitamins helped slightly, but not so much. my lips are still a mess unfortanely, but here's what i've learned since:
  
  I went to a dermatologist on Monday. i know the anguish of just wanting this to go away. She forcefully removed all of the skin with a damped cotton pad and i was furious with her cuz my lips were so red and swollen and i explained to her what happens with forceful removal. Then she did a biopsy. She injected the anesthesia into the lip and cut out a piece and stiched it up with some dissovable stictches.i've been gently rinisng my lips with salt water and applying Jamaican blackcastor oil to help control the swelling. she Prescibed some steriod cream to be used for 2 weeks but i've been reluctant to use steriods (Avantan ointmnent) as the one i used before didn't work. I got the analysis report back today and the diagnosis is lichen planus.I don't know how likely i am to try this steroid because i believe in healing from the inside instead of just putting something on the outside, maybe i'll just try a week?? thinking on it.
  
  Got blood work done today and i was diagnosed with mild candida and vitamin B12 deficiency still. I was prescribed colostrum, grapefruit seed extract, vitamin b12 tablets, probiotics anti candida diet for 6 weeks to help boost my immune system. the doctor mentioned that the mold i came into contact with right before this started(did i mention this in my last post??? sorry if i didn't) contributed to this happening. It's a combonation of deficiencies, diet and mold exposure it seems.

              For example, if you have a fat malaborption problem it would be harder to absorb fat-soluble vitamins like vitamin A and E. I also learned from GI doctor that different parts of the intestine absorb different vitamins meaning if a certain part of your intestines was damaged, it will affect absorption of the vitamin that gets absorbed in that area.

  Hello everyone! I am new here and last night I did my first Liver Flush which was a total failure, I guess... Because I ended up vomiting all the mixture (organic olive oil + grepfruit juice) and also the ES water (I say this because my mouth was bitter after...) Also, after I vomited I felt sad and I didn't drink the ES in the morning because I thought it was completely unnecessary... I went to the bathroom in the morning but no stones... I am sad because I went through a lot drinking the ES water and the mixture and the result was a FAIL. I think I will do it again in a week or two but in less quantity of ES and mixture because I guess ot was too much for my organism...
  
  Also, I am vegetarian, I don't eat meat, diary or so. (I am 24, 53 kg and 167 cm height). So I don't know how to understand this reaction of my organism... I am afraid that something could go wrong in there because it wasn't a success.
  
  I just want to know some thoughts of yours, advanced flushers... What should I do ? Should I be worried... :( ?

  I went to the bathroom right after I wrote this post and passed some stones... Like 20, I guess... I couldn't quite see them well... So, I guess it is not a total failure...

    Anyways you gotta shake it so it doesn't taste bad and as long as you can lie on your back with pillows and stay like this 30 mins to 1 hour, the oil has done it's work already by making the bile release with the stones even if you puke it afterwards.

  I have planned to have my Amalgams removed becuase of my mouth ulcers but find dmsa seriously expensive on Amazon, and import duty is very expensive from Africa.
  Also I suspect I have a leaky gut so am loath to use chelation.
  
  So, do I really need to chelate, or can I use ala on its own. I already use it as part of my sports nutrition.

  I had my 1st OLP flare up 4 yrs ago and eventually it went away with a little scarring. now im getting a 2nd flare up in a different ares (inside my lower lip).     I am a 59 year old female, diagnosed when I was @ 20.The first flare up was the worst. Now they come and go very infrequently. I never took any meds for this.Three years ago I started getting an irritation at the very back of my tongue. No pain, but kindof scratchy.I too am scared witless, but lately it seems better, so I'm thinking and hoping it is the OLP.One thing that I take is biotin. For occasional probs it seems to help alot.   Hello

  I was diagnosed about two years ago with Lichen Planus. It manifested itself primarily on my arms and legs, also on my tongue and on my penis. I visited a homeopathic doctor and was very pleased with the progress. It disappeared from the arms and legs.
  However, it remains stubbornly on the penis and I am feeling very frustrated by this. It makes no sense. If anyone has any suggestions I'd be very grateful.

I wanted to know what homeopathic medicines you took to suppress the symptoms on your arms and legs... could you tell me please?   Hello.
  I have LP almost a year. Beside skin, all my nails are affected too. Already mentioned in other posts, at the end started to fall off, but new ones does not grow. Not in the way it should, and that continue almost a half of year. I would like to know, did anyone had/have same/similar experience with nail falling? How long did it last? Did nails ever grow up again, how long does it last? Is there any treatment, anything to speed up healing? I am almost desperate.   I had Lichen Planus on my skin, not oral, about 10 years ago. I think it was because I was eating too many Omega 6 oils in processed foods or "junk food", which contain wheat and gluten. I forget where I found this answer as I've had several computers since then...I found it online. Anyway, one "cure" is to take Omega 6 oils...whether fish oil, flax, etc. And, to stop eating processed foods that of course contain wheat and gluten. As well as "processed oils and fats". Mine did go away.
  
  It has returned because, once again, too many Omega 6's. So I'm starting all over by taking some fish oil and have once again removed processed crackers, chips, etc from my diet. Also, I suspect it could be part of a gluten sensitivity that I have had for a long while. So...no wheat in any form...bread, crackers, processed foods, gravies, noodles, pasta, puddings, donuts, sweet rolls etc. I'm naming all these foods because so many people do not understand "wheat" and the many foods that it is used to make. It helps to read labels, too, because wheat is in EVERYTHING. Once I found a component of wheat in a generic taco sauce that had given me a symptom. You'd be surprised.
  
  It is very easy to cut wheat from your diet if you eat only fruit, veggies, unbreaded meat/poultry/fish, nuts, dairy, tofu. Think of what you CAN eat rather than what you shouldn't eat...then it's easy. A good book is Wheat Belly, which outlines a meal plan - or conscious eating - that doesn't include wheat.
  
  I also want to mention that one symptom I had 20 years ago was severe heartburn. By process of elimination, I figured out that every time I ate even the smallest amount of "wheat", I would get this heartburn. So I did stop eating wheat for a long time. But as with many allergens, I had a craving for it, so it crept back into my diet at different times. I suspect that many of my health issues have been exacerbated by my wheat/gluten sensitivity..this includes IBS, lichen planus, severe heartburn and acid reflux, an eating disorder, depression, anxiety, possibly ADD/ADHD. I also have friends with Rheumatoid Arthritis and ulcerative colitis who have gone completely off wheat and Sugar and voila! all symptoms are gone.
