liver flush failure! help!

Hello everyone! I am new here and last night I did my first Liver Flush which was a total failure, I guess... Because I ended up vomiting all the mixture (organic olive oil + grepfruit juice) and also the ES water (I say this because my mouth was bitter after...) Also, after I vomited I felt sad and I didn't drink the ES in the morning because I thought it was completely unnecessary... I went to the bathroom in the morning but no stones... I am sad because I went through a lot drinking the ES water and the mixture and the result was a FAIL. I think I will do it again in a week or two but in less quantity of ES and mixture because I guess ot was too much for my organism...

Also, I am vegetarian, I don't eat meat, diary or so. (I am 24, 53 kg and 167 cm height). So I don't know how to understand this reaction of my organism... I am afraid that something could go wrong in there because it wasn't a success.

I just want to know some thoughts of yours, advanced flushers... What should I do ? Should I be worried... :( ?

UPDATE!

I went to the bathroom right after I wrote this post and passed some stones... Like 20, I guess... I couldn't quite see them well... So, I guess it is not a total failure... Tweet
